Does your wedding have a theme?

Yes. We are calling our theme "fantasy-lite" or "polished ren-faire".  We love fantasy and will be taking heavy inspiration from favorite books, movies, tv shows etc to build our theme and create a fantastical world. Our wedding colors are rainbow jewel tones, and there are so many to choose from we aren't limiting ourselves.

Can I bring my children or a date?

Only children close to the couple have been invited. While we’d love to open up our guest list to include everyone, due to budgetary and venue requirements/restrictions we cannot accommodate the additional costs associated with this. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you and those specifically listed on your invite.

What should I wear?

We kindly ask our beloved guests to join us in celebrating our special day in attire that is semi-formal to formal. To add a touch of magic to our celebration, we warmly encourage you to embrace fantasy-inspired clothing. Whether it's a hint of elven elegance, a dash of medieval majesty, or a whisper of mythical whimsy, let your imagination soar and your outfit befit an enchanting tale.

Our wedding colors are rich jewel tones, and we would be delighted if you incorporated these hues into your attire. However, this is merely a suggestion, and not a requirement. We can't wait to see the magic you bring to our enchanted celebration!

What time should I arrive?

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?

No. Our entire wedding is outdoors. However, there will be some covered space. Please dress according to the weather (in character? 😉 ).

If I know ahead of time that I can’t make it what can I do?

Don’t be sad! We totally understand and we will miss you! We ask that you RSVP decline as soon as possible.

What health and safety measures will be in place?

We are not enforcing any health measures, and there are expected to be a lot of guests traveling in from out-of-state. Please take the precautions that make you feel the most comfortable!

That being said, if you're feeling ill day-of, we ask you please stay home. Many expected attendees, including the bride, are immunocompromised.

I have a food restriction? Will you be able to accommedate?

We will be serving omnivore options, as well as a vegan option. We will do our best to accommodate gluten-free, as budget and catering options allow.

How do I RSVP?

We have camping sites available onsite for the wedding from 9/20/25-9/21/25 until 10am. This will be a free accommodation offering to our guests. There are minimal dry RV spots available as well, and up to 100 people can camp on-site. If this is something that interests you, please be sure to indicate you'd like to camp or RV park on your RSVP so we can get all relevant details to you (Check In / Out Times, Restrictions, etc.)

If you will be arriving in Oregon prior to the date of the wedding, or otherwise would prefer a hotel, we recommend the following local hotels near the venue:

-McMenamins Grand Lodge
-Staybridge Suites Hillsboro
-Cedar Tree Hotel
